References in every guide
Facts in our guides carry a small number1. Tap it to jump to Sources & fact checks at the bottom of the page. There you'll find where the fact came from, when we last checked it, and whether it's confirmed.
- ✓ Checked: we read it ourselves on an official, airline or operator source.
- ✓ Confirmed locally: we confirmed it on the ground, and no official source contradicts it.
- Reported, not yet confirmed: it comes from a news report, travel site or other second-hand source. Useful, but check before you rely on it.
- Sources disagree: two sources say different things, and we show both.
- Re-checking: the fact is past its re-check date. We hide its price, and hold back critical rules, until we've checked again.
Short summaries on the home page only use facts we've confirmed on an official, airline or operator source.

Prices
Prices are what we saw on the date shown in the sources. When nothing is published, we say "Ask us for a quote" rather than guess.
